The Eighth Annual Ronald Reagan Lecture & Reception

Join us for this exciting evening, that will honour the alliance and friendship between Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan. The Reagan lectures allow the Margaret Thatcher Centre to introduce their shared values and beliefs to a new generation of people.

Those who attend these events hear from speakers at the forefront of international affairs, and reflect on how the alliance can be strengthened in the years ahead. This year, the Margaret Thatcher Centre is delighted to welcome the Shadow Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, former Secretary of State for the Home Department, and former Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, The Rt Hon Sir James Cleverly MP, to deliver the Eighth Ronald Reagan Lecture at The Carlton Club, on Wednesday, 3rd September 2025.

The Centre will also share a report on its existing activities and future plans. All attendees will receive a commemorative brochure of the evening.
